Cancellations and Refunds:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your travel plans. This policy outlines the refund terms for Flights, Hotels, Holiday Packages, and Visas booked through Travel Hive Holidays.
General Information:
- All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be received in writing via email at ops1@travelhiveholidays.com
- The date we receive your email will determine the applicable cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15-45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after approval.
- Please note that any bank or credit card processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Fees:
- Flights:
- Airlines typically have their own cancellation fees. We will do our best to recover any recoverable fees from the airline and will inform you of the amount deducted before processing the refund.
- Non-refundable flights will not be eligible for any refund.
- Hotels:
- More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of [amount] per booking.
- Between 15 and 30 days before check-in: [percentage]% of the total hotel cost will be deducted.
- Less than 15 days before check-in or No-Show: No refund.
- Holiday Packages:

- Visas:
- Visa application fees are typically non-refundable once submitted to the embassy or consulate.

Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling fees may apply depending on the airline, hotel, or tour operator's policy.
- Any difference in fare or cost due to the change will be borne by the traveler.
- We will do our best to find you the most suitable options with minimal fees.

Travel Documents:

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
- Travel Hive Holidays is not liable for any expenses incurred due to events beyond our control.
Changes to Itinerary:
- Travel Hive Holidays reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or mode of transportation if necessary. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee their fulfillment.
Liability:
- Travel Hive Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the actions of these providers.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Code of Conduct:
- We expect all travelers to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout their trip.
- Travel Hive Holidays reserves the right to refuse service or remove travelers from a trip if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.
Privacy Policy:
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal-India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any discrepencies arising needs to be settled at Berhampore Jurisdiction only.
