1. Introduction
Welcome to Travel Hive Holidays! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and holiday packages. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Booking and Payment Policy
- All bookings require full or partial payment to confirm reservations.
- Prices are subject to availability and may change before the booking is finalized.
- Travel Hive Holidays is not responsible for any price fluctuations caused by third-party service providers.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.
Travel Vouchers & Documentation:
- Guests must check their travel vouchers and booking confirmations immediately upon receipt.
- Any discrepancies must be reported within 12 hours. Travel Hive Holidays will not be responsible for issues arising due to unchecked vouchers.
- Passport, visa, and other travel-related documents are the responsibility of the traveler.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1 Flights
- Flight cancellations and refunds are subject to airline policies.
- Service fees charged by Travel Hive Holidays are non-refundable.
- Any cancellation or change fees imposed by the airline will be borne by the customer.
- Refund processing may take 30–90 days, depending on the airline’s refund policy.
3.2 Hotels
- Hotel cancellation policies vary based on the provider’s terms.
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refunds.
- Refundable bookings will be processed according to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which may include cancellation charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, may take 14–30 business days.
3.3 Visa Services
- Visa application fees and service charges are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
- Travel Hive Holidays is not responsible for visa approval or rejection, which is solely at the discretion of the respective consulate/embassy.
- Any delay in visa processing is beyond our control, and no compensation shall be provided.
3.4 Holiday Packages
- Cancellation fees will be applied as per the following schedule:
- 45 days or more before departure: 10% of the package cost
- 30–44 days before departure: 25% of the package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of the package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the package cost (No Refund)
- No refunds will be issued for unused services once the trip has commenced.
- Any changes to the package after confirmation may incur additional costs.
4. General Terms
- Travel Hive Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, consulates, tour operators, etc.). We do not assume responsibility for service failures, delays, or disputes arising from third-party providers.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Indian Jurisdiction at Berhampore, West Bengal.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions.
5. Force Majeure
Travel Hive Holidays shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or refunds caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, or airline strikes.
